Company Profile

Established in 1985, Citimac Renovation Pte Ltd started off providing project management/coordination & renovation services mainly to HDB houses.

Over the years, the company expanded & grew from strength to strength. Interior design was integrated as part of our service in the 1990s, providing a one stop solution to clients. From HDB flats, we also extended our services to private (condominiums & landed) & commercial properties, adding them to our portfolio.

Who are we?: We are a established firm providing interior design (space planning & design of custom made furniture) & renovation services to residential (HDBs, condominiums, landed) & commercial properties. We are both Housing & Development Board (HDB) and Building & Construction Authority (BCA) accredited.
What services do your company provide?: The following is a list of services that our company provides:
- Interior design: effective space planning & design of custom made built-in furniture, creating an ergonomic environment for work, fun & living.
- Project management & coordination
- Comprehensive range of renovation services
- Addition & Alteration (A&A) works for landed properties
Why us?: Besides having more than 25 years of experience in the industry, we believe in building a lasting relationship with our clients. Thus we have built up a reputation of being committed, providing realiable before & after sales service and quality workmanship, explaining the many returning clients & referrals we receive.
What information do I need to provide for a quotation?: In order to facilitate us in giving you an acurrate & comprehensive quotation, we would appreciate if you could provide the following:
a) a floor plan of your unit
b) a list of items stating your requirements
c) photos of your unit, if possible.
If I do not have a floor plan now, how can I obtain it?: For HDB units, you can purchase the floor plan via the HDB website.
For Condominiums, you can obtain a copy of the floor plan via the condominium's management office.
For Landed properties, you can purchase a copy of the floor plan via the BCA website.
For Commercial properties, you can obtain a copy of the floor plan via the building's management office.
Will there be any cost involved should I not engage your services after consultation?: No
How much will it cost to do up my house/place?: The cost very much depends on the size of the unit as well as the requirements of you (the client). Nonetheless, our team of professionals will assist & advise you accordingly, thereby striking a balance between materials used, quality & cost.
Do you offer renovation packages?: We believe that the requirements of each of our client are unique, thus we do not provide renovation packages but a list of items & their individual prices in our quotation.
How long will it take to complete the renovation project?: The time required to complete the project very much depends on the scope of works. Thus the time required to complete the renovation works varies from project to project.
Do you provide warranty for the works done at my place after renovation?: Yes, we provide a 1 year warranty (from the date of handover) on the workmanship of the works done.
